I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and exceeded my expectations with their nice and comfy design. Service was top-notch, especially thanks to Shawn and Michael who were amazing and incredibly helpful. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and in a great area of KC. However, there were some minor issues with the tilted photos in the lobby and an incorrect window view from room 322.

The location was fantastic, with immediate access to Amtrak, and the shower was fantastic. However, some photos were tilted the wrong way, and one showed a view of a window from room 322. The dining experience with poached eggs was delightful.
